Why Take Testosterone Pills?
A friend of mine who is a registered nurse give an informal free lecture to some group of men as part of his summer activities. One of his given topics is about supplements like testosterone pills. Upon listening to him, it made me a little bit curious as to what benefits one could get for taking testosterone pills. According to him, testosterone pills are good for men especially those who have low production of testosterone.

I also heard that this supplements is good for those who went through body workouts. Well, I am pretty sure that those who were present during the discussion given by my friend are quite interested about this.
BPC #11/366 | The Tent City
This is the temporary relocation area of those who were severely affected with Typhoon Sendong, the Tent City located at one of the hinterland Barangay of Cagayan de Oro… I am not pretty sure if this will be safe from the rain flood since it was built/installed/attached directly to the ground.

Shocking World News
I was so shocked with the headline on the World News section of one of the leading nationwide newspapers that I have read:
29,000 Children Die in Somalia Famine
I cannot afford to see and post real life captured pictures so I preferred this sketch
How could that be? Such number is not only devastating but alarming as well. The said main cause of increase death tolls are the drought and famine that Somalia went through right now. I do not know how the government took this statistic. Such number (which was said to be more than 29,000) was just an estimates conducted by the US and this case was said to be the worst in Somalia in 60 years. The number was based on nutrition and mortality surveys verified by the US Centers for Disease Control Prevention.
Out of the roughly estimated 7.5M population in Somalia, 3.2M Somalis are in need of immediate lifesaving assistance according to the UN. Tens of thousands refugees have fled South- Central Somalias in hopes of finding food at camps in Ethiopia, Kenya and Mogadishu. Financial assistance were already given to fight the hunger but quite insufficient enough because what they need is hundreds of millions more. Getting aid to Somalia has been made more difficult because the most desperate areas were controlled by al-Qaeda-linked militants.
Though such news was reported on the mid-month of the third quarter last year, I just hope the United Nations as well as the African/ Somalian government have already done something to combat this issue
BPC #8/366 | Fun @ Divisoria
Yesterday on my entry for Blog Photo Challenge, I posted the old picture of Divisoria. At present times, Divisoria really changed a lot. Part of the changes that they have made is the installation of children’s playground. On this picture is my lovely nieces and nephew and my brother who is now quite far away from us. He is working abroad for the future of his family… (miss him so much).

For us who were born on the later part of the 20th (or 21st) Century, this is how the Old Divisoria of Cagayan de Oro looks like. I’ve seen a kalesa still existing at Iligan City up to this present time but not here in Cagayan de Oro anymore… Most of the buildings were already replaced with a new one (or have been renovated somehow).

WFW: Get Rid of Those Filthy Bugs and Cockroaches
Aren’t you afraid of bugs or cockroaches? We considered them as filthy insects that will likely cause diseases thus any contamination with them on our foods will really pose a threat to our health.
Here on Earth, most of us are preoccupied of the things that will brings us wealth and fortune. We work harder to earn more. But God teach us to live simply in accordance to His will. We do not really need to get burn out just to have everything because the best thing in the world cannot be found on this fallen world… it can be found only when we are able to establish a genuine relationship with God where contentment dominates over materialism.
The things that we invest in this world are nothing but temporary. They will just be deteriorated in due time… Or could be destroyed accidentally. We can bring nothing when we will perish. Before we poured all our effort, energy and resources on material things let’s try to consider our eternal destination- will it be heaven or hell…
